Kaam sarsey - (exclamation) Originally a term used in the Bangladeshi version of Bengali language, but widely used in day to day Bengali. Literal meaning - The job is done. Actual meaning - Refers to the avalanche of undesirable situations which follows on after something terribly wrong has happened. Root-Bengali

Khabar - (noun) Information. Usage; Mai sabki Khabar rakta hoon. Root - Urdu

Tope - (verb) Urdu word for cannon. Root - Urdu

Bhutta - (noun) Literally means corn/maize. Root - Urdu

Firni - (noun) A delectable dessert made with rice. Thick and creamy. Generally prepared in all Dakhni families. Root - Urdu

Bhaijaan / Dada bhai -(noun) beloved elder brother. Usually the eldest brother in-law/eldest brother of the siblings is called a bhaijaan/dada bhai.. to show how most he is admired . Root - Urdu

Nakhrebaaz - (adjective)someone who throws a lot of tantrums. Usage; Kya nakhrebaaz ho tum yaar. sirf auto main chaltha hai , bus main nahee ! Root - Urdu

Halka - (adjective) simply meaning- light weight, but when you are using this word to a person,this may not only mean he is light headed but meaning a pervert, someone who uses his brain in a lesser way..in a cheap way! Usage; kya halke chalaa’n kar ra ray wahan? kya halka dimaag hai re tera?? Root - Urdu
