Naya paisa; Noun. term given to a unit of Indian coinage. In September, 1955 the Indian Coinage Act was amended for the country to adopt a metric system for coinage. The Act came into force with effect from 1st April, 1957. The rupee remained unchanged in value and nomenclature. It, however, was now divided into 100 'Paisa' instead of 16 Annas or 64 Pice. For public recognition, the new decimal Paisa was termed 'Naya Paisa' till 1st June, 1964 when the term 'Naya' was dropped.

Kharcha; Noun. Literally expense, pocket money, extra money. Derived from the Urdu original 'kharcha-e-paandan' which was like the allowance money that was given to a wife marrying into a wealthy Muslim family. Lota; Noun . a small container for water, usually of brass or copper and round in shape. Also, lotah. . Orgin –Urdu

Naaka Bandhi;Noun.A road block put up by the fat polissman usually at night and usually to check for drunken driving.Orgin – Hindi/Urdu

Lungi; Noun.Traditional Indian garment worn around the waste. Mostly worn by the men (except in south india where women wear it as well). Orgin –Hindi

Baneen;Noun. teluguBaneen: Anything from the vest you wear under your shirt, to the crew neck t-shirt, to a polo, all of these garments are referred to as Baneen . Orgin-Telugu

Dungaree/Dongree; Noun. Dungaree fabric (used in English since 1605–15, from the Hindi dungrī) a kind of coarse thick 2/2 twill-weave cotton cloth, often coloured blue. The word is possibly derived from Dongri, a dockside village near Mumbai. Orgin – Hindi/Urdu
